"Save Playlist" Bug in V1.6.7

The "Save Playlist" selection will sometimes error with not being able to overwrite an existing file.  I haven't been able to narrow down the occurrence to any particular circumstances.  I've reverted to 1.6.6 and the problem is not there.

What exactly does the error message say?
