3rd Party Plugins - (fb2k) / Re: [fb2k v2] Random Pools (foo_random_pools)
Last post by Azuriye -
Hello again fbuser, I've been noticing this issue slowly creep up randomly at times and for no reason, after some point of playback with Random Pools it no longer adds any new tracks to the playlist... Running my SQL query on the SQLite console still retrieves results for the next tracks but the Console Log only shows this indicating no issue when I click on File>Random Pool>Pool name.

It seems to resolve only when I fully restart foobar2000. I have a gut feeling it might be due to active playlists. When I run a Random Pool for another Playlist and I'm on another active playlist then return nothing's been added to the playlist specified in Random Pool.

I've attached some images to look into... note that I haven't changed any settings here from my previous posts.

I would very much appreciate getting an alphabetical sort for the playlists. Espec4ially on older less performant smartphone this could be very helpfully.
Thanks in advance from

General Audio / Re: UCA 202 - better DAC options?
Last post by celona -
In my opinion the problem is that you cannot think that a product remains unchanged 12 years after the review. What happens from the day after the launch is that they start looking for ways to cut costs and today Behringer markets many products that contained the TI PCM2902C with a new integrated circuit called V2902 and pin to pin compatible with the previous one but produced by Coolaudio, a company from the same Behringer group. The technical characteristics of the DAC are lower, the price of the integrated circuit and of the finished product too, so someone may believe they have got a bargain.

I leave you two addresses that demonstrate the fact.

Ok, thanks!

One more question... Do I really need IE 11? I get that popup every so often. It seems to work just fine without it and I'd rather not install it unless I have to.
Read this, to disable such popups.
https://github.com/regorxxx/Playlist-Manager-SMP/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#090---2023-11-15

(will also add a setting to disable tooltips globally on the same file)

About the functionality, for IE on my scripts you only lose automatic clipboard functionality at some points, since I made all to ensure they would work on Wine too.
Will reword the popups to make more clear what are you losing.

Other scripts, like Bio, will simply not work at all.

That's not possible, since the last release doesn't have a line 19 with that code (which is the thing I fixed). So there is something wrong on your side or the error must be another one.
