how does one seek in small increments?

It's especially hard to use the playhead, and the only buttons are basically track selectors. how can I get a fine jump?

There are bindable actions for keyboard shortcuts or custom toolbar buttons that support seeking in several different intervals.

Oh, crap. I didn't see that this message was in the mobile forum. Sorry, I think the mobile version is entirely dependent on the skin that's installed or currently loaded.
