I think I must add WARNING: current SSRC implementation is buggy. There are some combinations of quality setting/input samplerate/output samplerate when SSRC produces clicks. So make sure that your settings are unaffected.

(Or use another resampler  )

Also, I found foo_dsp_ssrcX.dll plugin here: http://foobar2000.xrea.jp/up/files/up881.zip
It is based on SSRC code.
