FLAC & metaflac batch files

These are two batch files that encoding to FLAC.

flac.bat was written to provide a work-around for CDex bug where it does not pass the complete command line to the flac encoder.

mf.bat provides a batch front-end to metaflac.exe. It's main feature is that it can add ReplayGain (track and album) tags to all fines in a directory, treating them as a single album.
[Edit] Any feedback welcome.
