MP3 POPULARIMETER rating won't show using Foobar

When I create a new field in Foobar for POPULARIMETER, to show the star rating in my dj-app Traktor,
and enter traktor@native-instruments.de|153|0 (syntax for 3 stars), Foobar shows the value in the file:

Though, when opening up Traktor, it won't show the stars: https://gyazo.com/2575c72419a283fa741813dd57c63d4e

When I do the same process, but using mp3tag, the stars do show up in Traktor afterwards.

Also, using Foobar to add the POPULARIMETER and afterwards opening the tracks up in mp3tag, simply hit Save, results in stars showing up in Traktor.

I don't have any problems when using Foobar/FLAC however.

Settings Foobar:

Settings mp3tag:

How do I get these stars showing up, using foobar only?

I think foobar2000 translates the RATING tag of 0-5 to the ranges of the POPULARIMETER tag that Windows Media Player understands.

That would be RATING WMP tag, which works for FLAC files, and do show up right away in Traktor, after I entered the correct value in Foobar (51= 1 star, 153=3 stars, 255=5 stars in Traktor)

But I'm talking about POPULARIMETER which is used for MP3.

The fact that the same given value entered in Foobar, and it only needs a Save action in mp3tag, shows me it's the way it's been saved, where I need to look for.
But as shown in topic msg, I see the same IDv2.3 being used... sighs.

Fun factor:
When adding RATING WMP in mp3tag with a value of 153 for example, it shows 3 stars in Traktor on mp3's too.
When adding RATING WMP in Foobar with such value, it wont show the stars in Traktor on mp3's.

Fixed =)
Instead of using POPULARIMETER I now used RATING and set it to either 1, 3, or 5 value-wise.
Now it shows the stars right away in Traktor for MP3's aswell!
Thanks for your hint there!
