Access Denied writing Replaygain tags to FLAC files on NAS

Dears,
I have dozens of FLACs on a NAS.
All of these has been encoded by Foobar, so permissions are ok.
Saving Replaygain tags after scan it returns "access denied" on all files.

Any suggestions?

Tks.

Are you sure it's not permissions?
It's possible to have them set so that you can write to a folder but not modify anything already there.

I can edit other tags with other software, so I think permissions are ok...
