foobar2000 fails to copy cuesheet to destination when transcoding FLAC file

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but when I was transcoding ALAC files, I noticed that.
When creating ALAC from FLAC files and have the option to copy .CUE and .LOG files, these files are copied as expected.
However, when I am convering a FLAC image from a folder which holds also a .LOG and a .CUE file, the .CUE file is not copied -- only the .LOG file. This happens to me in this specific situation, when you use this same .CUE file to transcode the image audio to tracks. Only happens when .CUE is reading a image file. If you transcode the files themselves, it will copy both .CUE and .LOG files.
Can this be possibly a bug?

Thank you.

If you are converting the .cue, the .cue *is* the file you are converting, and does not get copied. If you are converting to a multi-track format, it will either be re-generated and embedded in that format, or it will be re-created as chapters native to the target format.
