FLAC, real or transcoded?

Hello,

FLAC, real cd-ripped to FLAC or transcoded from 320kbps mp3?
How could one tell a legit FLAC file from a non one.

Is there any program out there that can do this?

IIRC on the true-audio site you can find a small program called AuCDetect, that can analyze a wave file and tell whether it was transcoded or not. You will have to decode your FLAC file to WAV to use the program
