Did you see the attached screenshot I posted? Bottom right.
... I think you may have missed one key point from the OP that you might like to re-check
Thought I'd make a plaintext list of the three highlighted components from the screenshot in your original post relating to the VU meter:
And the rest of the components list from the screenshot:
Hope that helps somewhat.
The 'COMPOSER' line started with 'REM', try removing the 'REM' in your favorite text editor before opening it again.

The user most vocal about the decrease in sound quality in soundcloud even wrote an article about it Opus Tests. I'm not sure though if his findings are accurate.I would bet that the average users of SoundCloud are not as knowledgeable when it comes to the various codecs, nor care. They just want to hear the music and I don't believe the average users will notice a difference between 64 bit Opus and a 128 bit mp3. It's a streaming service and they need the smaller files to provide users the same service as their catalog and user base grows.
why the plugin created to clean up a littered file to FLAGS DCP??? me I'm very angry

As far as I can tell from that page, the problem is phase issues in the mono downmix.

This forum has been spammed and for such a long time, as to be totally useless. So this is the place then?
but now Foobar won't even start
This is a separate issue - or non-issue, depending. Question: would it appear to you that fb2k "won't even start" if there is an Information window popping up? I did not have to dismiss it to start playing, but maybe you rely on some input method.
The window said, quote
The layout was loaded partially because the following required components could not be found: "Musical Spectrum", "JScript Panel", "Quicksearch"
unquote - but for using fb2k, those UI elements just appeared empty.
FWIW, I have JScript Panel v1.2.4 in my installed "everyday use" foobar2000.
I tried to test it, but so far did not succeed. I have installed the required components and loaded your theme, but now Foobar won't even start. I suspect it's because of foo_jscript_panel. Which version of the component do you use?
I could remove stuff for you, but it looks like you have found something that really looks neat. Apologies for asking, but ... do you know what VU meters look like? I'd be happy to boost your placebo by telling you that they do look cool on the screenshot (one for each channel, mirror-imaged) - though I cannot spend so much space on visuals myself.
Just checked the update v0.4.0-pre.3+2, which now sports its own configuration dialog, like foo_dumb.
A binary comparison of the output of v0.4.0-pre.3+1 (interpolation = 1) with v0.4.0-pre.3+2 (interpolation = 0) provides bit-identical results. Turns out the interpolation term "nearest" was just a little misleading, IMHO "none" is definitely the better choice.
Thank you very much for your swift response. (virtual hat off)
1. Once the FooBar2000 BPM is installed within the actual music file; is it automatically recognized within most DJ Music editing software programs including hardware units such as the Denon MCX8000 unit and the Pioneer XDJ-RX2 unit?
2. When I try to copy and paste from FooBar2000 (text file) to print out …. everything is copied except the BPM’s (see example below). Is this a minor bug? How can I also get FooBar2000 the BPM’s along with everything else I am trying to copy?
Example: Backstreet Boys - [Backstreet Boys #04] Everybody (Backstreet's Back) - Extended Version
