random bug

Every once in a while when I play my ogg files, Foobar will display the wrong bitrate.  This has only happened twice. Once tonite, and once last week. Last week I re-encoded the file to see if maybe I had just encoded at the wrong bit rate, but nope. It always displays a much higher bitrate than what the file actually is. Sorry if this has been posted before.
