Which lame versions is better ?
Lame 3.93 i've heard that it has bugs.
Lame 3.92 good
Lame 3.90.1 is the best (but on my computer isn't very fast)
What do you think about ?

until now, just use 3.90.2 which compiled by Dibrom. This version has been tuned and tested very well if ur using alt preset parameter.
