Using Audio Optimizer 3.00 with fb2k configured for 512DSD output

I recently added Audiophile Optimizer 3.00 and the improvement in sound quality is significant, but fb2k now randomly stops outputting sound and the speed of the clock showing the time lapsed for what is playing erratically speeds up. Anyone have any thoughts as to what is going on?

Foobar2000 recently reconfigured - no longer an issue.
