Foobar - rewind function for streaming...

I would like to suggest to the Foobar developers, the adding or implementing of a new function in Foobar player, very useful in playing back streamed content: REWIND function.
It is very usefully when playing back over Internet (radio), the possibility to go back, and resume the playback from an earlier time stamp than the present one. A such rewind function it mean an enough large buffer, where the streamed content should be temporarily stored, making possible the return to a previous time index, or at the beginning of the playback session. The Seekbar is very appropriate for a such functionality. As usually, when playing back files residing on computer or so, the seekbar it allow the rewind function, but for streamed content, this is not functional. Please make it functional also for steaming...
