force restarted computer and lost media library view and rainmeter functionality

Literally the title lol, the first part is so silly I can't even figure it out, I lost the media library view and can't find out how to put it back, its not a UI element from what I see or it has a really stupid name. Picture showing what I mean: http://i.imgur.com/zLQb3Ar.png

Also my rainmeter stopped working at the same time, not sure if thats related but taking advice anyways.

Here is my UI elements selection menu btw: http://i.imgur.com/VoopwuT.png and http://i.imgur.com/ljIjr6g.png

The element you are after is called Album List. It's a first party component that comes in the foobar2000 installer. I recommend running file system check on your hard drives, you can do that from command prompt started with admin rights with command chkdsk /F <drive:>.
If that alone doesn't fix the missing component rerun the installer.

Just noticed this in my components menu, should I just run the installer again? What data should I back up if so?

Did you run the chkdsk with /F parameter to repair filesystem problems? If you prefer graphical method right click on your drive in My Computer and run error check from Tools tab.
Nothing needs to be backed up for the installer run. But if you want to back things up for other reasons the directory with all your configuration is %appdata%\foobar2000.
