FB 1.4.1: on_size not firing

I just noticed that some of my jscript panels are not repainting correctly when I switch between full screen and window views.
The same thing happens with the  waveform minibar.
I added some logging in the jscript to see what is going on and it appears that the on_size event handler is not always called when the panel is resized.
The only change in my environment was an update from FB 1.4 to 1.4.1 (running W7/64).

Hope someone can look into that for the next update.

Hmm looks like I have ben barking at the wronk tree.
After uninstalling the foo_chronflow component all is back to normal.
