Puretracks.com

Apparently Puretracks.com was launched on October 14 2003, but I hadn't heard of it until now (I couldn't find an existing mention of it on HA so I'm mentioning it).

It's WMA (not sure what version, but requires player v7.1+) with DRM:

You can listen to your music downloads as many times as you like from the computer that holds the purchased license.

Burn: You can burn your music downloads to CD 3 times.

Burn: You can burn your music downloads an unlimited number of times.

Transfer: You can transfer your music downloads an unlimited number of times to 3 separate portable devices
(that's verbatim from their site, including the double, conflicting, license terms for burning CDs)

Most songs are $0.99/track, $9.99/CD (Canadian dollars, so that's about US$0.75 / US$7.50). I don't care to waste my dollar to check out a song, but from the screenshots the filesizes look consistant with at least 192kbps (maybe even higher?)
