File operation to sort into %publisher% folders

I'm trying to make a file operation that creates directories with name based on %publisher% but can't quite get it.

%album artist% - %album%[ '['%publisher% - %catalognumber%']'][ '['%date%']']/%filename%

is format i use, but what can i do to sort them into folders with names based on recordlabel?

Just insert a / or \ where you want a new folder.
