TagBox incompatible with new database in f2k 2.0

Hi there,
I'm frequently using TagBox:
https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_tagbox
It does not auto-suggest values anymore because of the new database format used in f2k 2.0.
The last update is from 2011, I tried to contact the author without success.

Is there any alternative component working with f2k 2.0?

Argh, with the latest beta 19 TagBox doesn't display any tags...

In the component's forum thread, it's been pointed out

OP was last active in 2011 and the website in the first post is dead. I wouldn't hold your breath.
Same can be said for ESPlaylist & ELPlayist
A foobar enthusiast who's neither an audiophile, nor an album snob...Ever notice whenever there is a thread mentioning track ratings, someone will inevitably come in to post that they don't use ratings or believe in rating music?

Since I posted about the TagBox dev being MIA, they have shown up again here...

It looks like they have/had plans to update it but got stuck.
