Foobar2000 won't recognize tracks in .cue file

When playing this album, it view the album as a single track. Below is the cuesheet. Does anything look wrong? Thanks.

I believe the file type is incorrect in this line, FILE "Come From Away ~ 2017 ~ 1 of 1 ~ Musical ~ 888072025950.flac" WAVE.  Try changing WAVE to FLAC as your source file is a .flac file.
