Playlist - 3 issues

On both my old android phone and my new android tablet, m3u playlists copied to the device work but the listing order of playlists from the foobar2000 app have no rhyme or reason to their order. How can I get foobar2000 mobile to list them in alpha order?

Again on both devices, if I copy an fpl playlsits created on the computer to the devices and use them they list a few songs and then the same song numerous times. Is the fpl list type only for computers and not devices?

Last, is there any way to transfer playlists created with foobar2000 mobile to another device?
