Request - Mouse over effects revision.

A simple request for a change to the default UI - MOUSE OVER BUTTON EFFECTS ON TOOLBAR ITEMS.
It would be great to see a change applied to the MouseOverBackColor value ONLY (without a border) on hover, instead of the current outline + offset effect (very Windows 7).
Perhaps an expandable menu icon for all toolbar items is worth considering also.
