Looking for MIKU v2 skin!

Howdy folks, a user by the name of "mika" on the old foobar mobile forum posted a skin called MIKU v2 that I was using up until recently. Unfortunately, I had to reinstall the foobar app last night, which erased the skin from my phone. Does anybody have the skin backed up somewhere, or know how to get in contact with the original creator? The default "dark" skin is usable but nowhere near as good. Thanks!
