Is there a manager that works with Creative Zen player?

Something like foo_dop for ipods?

I'm about to introduce a friend to the beauty that is Foobar, but she owns a Zen and I don't think foo_dop will recognize that, right? What are her options if she wants to manage her songs and playlists?

mediamonkey. i am using it with my zen and only for that. still hoping for a plugin for foobar2000.
