'There were errors' in EAC 1.0 Beta2

This seems weird, I upgraded to Beta 2 recently, and I tried ripping something, but after I do the rip it gives me "There were errors". But when I click on "Possible Errors" it just shows me a tracklist, doesn't matter if I rip to uncompressed wav or flac or mp3. It always prompts with There were errors on finish. I made sure I changed all the likes like %s% to %source%, etc.

Is there anything else that would cause this?

This is the output:
Code: [Select]
Track 23

     Filename E:\CD Rip\Taku Iwasaki\Witch Hunter Robin Original Sound Scope\23 Half Pain.wav

     Pre-gap length  0:00:02.00

     Missing samples
     Peak level 70.9 %
     Extraction speed 1.4 X
     Track quality 100.0 %
     Copy CRC 96ED885A
     Copy finished

There were errors

End of status report

You haven't got "overread into lead-in and lead-out" enabled in the drive options have you?
Who are you and how did you get in here ?
I'm a locksmith, I'm a locksmith.

Are quality values of 100% returned for all tracks?

No, this option isn't enabled

When I rip that CD some of them are 97-99%, but just that one track that I ripped as an example, was 100%, but it still showed 'There were errors'

I'm genuinely confused as to what exactly the error was. Wish it showed more information.

I've seen the error reported by others in the past, but have never seen it myself, personally.  Try a different drive or a different ripping program, assuming that you can't get AR verification.

I can't think of much more to say except that you've left us playing a guessing game by failing to include the header of your log file.
