Sansa Clip+ not organizing to tags

I am having a problem to organize the files on my Sansa Clip+ player.
I used Puddletag to set the tags on the mp3 files. There are 24 files. I set the album to acts and the genre to christian rock. I also set the track numbers in order that I want to play. When I access the files in the player with music/albums/acts I only have 12 or the 24 songs show up. When I access through music/genres/christian Rock I only get 8 that show up.

Is this a bug with the player; is there a way to fix this?

MP3 files. Have you checked ID3 versions? Any v2.4 among the ones that do not work? Any exotic characters?
