How to force subframes of type SUBFRAME_VERBATIM?

We have

--disable-constant-subframes
--disable-fixed-subframes
--disable-verbatim-subframes

But there's no '--disable-lpc-subframes'.  So is there some other way to force all subframes to be of type SUBFRAME_VERBATIM?  Other than encoding noise samples.
