rared .cue does not function:(

The standard .cue/.ape co-operates well,but when tied into a rar,.cue file doesn't function:( There is only one track which shows in foobar,which is the evidence of .cue's none function.However, some cue file in rar works well in earlier version of foobar2000;there are multitrack shown in foobar;Does someone know the reason?

Probably it's embedded cue sheet
