Add Folder... Focus (v0.9.6.3)

Hi,

This is more of annoyance than a bug. When clicking "Add folder..." "Browse for folder" menu appears and focus isn't on folder tree but on OK button. This requires mouse usage instead of keyboard arrows to switch to another folder which is slower.

For me while pressing shortcut key assigned to this command it correctly opens with focus inside the treeview. Tested with FB2K 0.9.6.3 as well as 0.9.6.4 beta 1.
