I doubt whether you'll get too many replies from the cats on this forum...it's like asking a master chef how to boil water.

You should use the search and google a bit
And to help you on the way for software you could investigate
DVD Audio Extractor
VideoLAN Client (player, but can do more)
In addition to kurtnoise: Doom9's DVD Decrypter Guide

Note: I did not imply that any of these does exactly what you want
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is.

yes I can ;-)

Use Exact Audio Copy or another CD ripper.
Play the DTS-WAV files with VLC or Foobar2000 with DTS-Plugin. For Foobar2000 you'll have to rename the DTS-WAV files to .DTS.
Or strip the WAV headers for real DTS with besplit or DTSParser.

cheers.

Thank you very much.
I did so & there's the next prob.

foobar2000 plays the files in doubled speed & VLC is having a break... it does nothing.

Maybe you should know that the VideoLan Player doesn't include the DTS decoder anymore (it did until 7.2.0). DTS had objections. [a href="http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=5760]No chance they get a license[/url].
