Command line call UPnP browser and select item

I want to build an iOS app base on https://github.com/klemola/foobar2000-web-ui
that use control server call f2k command line and do this:
Call UPnP command to browse Media server and select item, also show selected playlist and then I can control f2k remotely in iOS

Any one could tell me where to find the UPnP browse command?
