Adding album art to multiple files deletes tags except title

I tried to select 12 songs in the playlist, right clicked and did attach picture - and selected one. The song that was playing retained all the tags, and the rest got their tags erased except for the titles...I can't get it to reproduce itself. Does anyone know why this might happen? I just want to avoid it in the future....my foobar version is 1.1.12a.

Please try to include some other relevant information, such as the format of these files, which type of tags they were using, etc.
