support for .MCA?

Hello, everyone, recently I've been trying to hear and use a .MCA format audio file, my search got me in a program named VGMStream and then with deeper search, it got me here, I haven't been able to open the file and let alone hear or do something with it.

For some reason VGMStream and it latest version is nowhere to be found, so I came here hoping to know if Foobar2000 lets me somehow work with those .MCA files or may be some advice to what I can do to play and convert them.
