v1.6.7 beta 5 - Properties window / add new field glitch

Multiple values of + add new field appear when horizontal scrolling at properties window

Steps to reproduce
1. select few tracks enough that horizontal scrollbar appears at properties window of selected tracks
2. scroll all the way to the right and then quickly scroll back to the left

Can't reproduce that but I have a different bug instead. If I scroll to the right and back again, it actually disappears from view. If I then hover my mouse over where it should be, it reappears again!!

Same behavior on 1.6.6, also some random vertical lines appears.
