Is there a Controller that can control Playback, switch UPnP, and Add Ratings?

I want to control Foobar2K from my Android Phone or Tablet.  Primarily, I want to be able to add ratings to my tracks as I listen (I know MonkeyMote can do that), but it would be great if I can switch the UPnP output also.  Meaning, the controller lets me set if I want UPnP to play through my Tablet or my Chromecast while still allowing me to rate the tracks.

I know UPnP isn't built to write metadata to tracks, that's why I'm hoping there's a controller that can do both.

Currently, I can control FB2K with MonkeyMote while connecting the UPnP to BubbleUPnP.
