LossyFlac Recompressed using the same FLAC

I've been using LossyFlac for almost all my collections except for piano solo and other few.

I tested using the new FLAC 1.3 to recompress some of my LossyFlac files and the results are always bigger.

Can experts enlighten me on this?

Don't forget to add "-b 512" to the commandline.
