Playlist for DJ Sets ?

Hi!

I have many mp3 that are DJ Sets (duration : from 45' to 1h30).
Is there a possibility to manage the playlist for such an mp3 ?
It should allow to introduce at least "Artist", "Title" and time (at which it begins in the mp3).
The best should be that the "Artist - Title" be visible while playing and automatically changing according to the time.
Does anyone know how to do this ?

So if i create such a cue file for my MP3's, will they be automatically managed by foobar ?
In what way ?
