Script to create playlist/add to iTunes from encoded file?

Hi,

Been searching here and out on the web for a script that will take a folder of encoded files (I've encoded them via LAME) and then copy them to iTunes, creating a Playlist and using the tag info (Artist/Track titles/etc...) to supply to the iTunes library.

If someone can point me to such a script that would be great!
