Noise reduction plug-in

Foobar is great player(for me the first place now), bot but there is one thing that would probably made it even much better.
In my opinion plugin, provading some kind of noise cleaning( noise gate, denoiser, or somethig like this) would be great.
I think many people have files of old records that heve been compressed in the past. Decoding them cleaning and coding again is imposible becouse of effect of lost quality.
DSP would do it in real time( I now i would take much CPU time but in some circumstances, and also it is not easy to do plug-in which would provide enought quality and performance, but it is not imposible I think)

So, anyone to do this?
