Converter Status Report

Im getting some Rip reports that say
(x) tracks converted with minor errors, Accurately Ripped with offsets, Not Accurate with partial matches with offsets, What does this mean? If they're not right should I not want them in my library?

if you have use accurate rip checked un check it the only time you worry about a report is if it says crc mismatch other then that its just telling your rip does not match someone elses  drive offset but if you followed my guide you will be fine
