Portable Install Target Directory

I've used the portable install for years because I am unfortunate enough to have a different system frequently and hate to lose my tweaks.

I have only a non-technical issue.

When you install the portable version, the installer always has the default user path as the install directory.
C:\Users\ghex\OneDrive\Desktop\foobar2000
If you click the 'Browse' button, the desired directory is opened.
D:\Programs\foobar2000

Since the install seems to know where I want it, why not populate that path in the dialog instead of a few extra clicks?

Implemented in the v2.2 preview 2024-04-07 installer.
