Best settings for headphones on Windows 10

I just bought a professional headphone for Christmas and was wondering what is the best setting on Windows 10 for it. I keep the default Realtek settings. I play music in CD quality.

If you want to most accurate reproduction (and if you trust the headphones)  turn off all effects and "enhancements".    ...Then you can use a little equalization if you want to tweak the sound.

Or, some people to like to use Dolby Headphone or some similar effect.
