how to place semi-transparent (panel / image) over background animatio

hi,
is there a possibility to place a semi transparent image (e.g reflection shadow) over a channel spectrum panel?

I tried to accomplish that in differnt ways so far:
- First creating an image in wsh panel mod placing it with forced layout over the channel spectrum - but the pseudo transparency of wsh doesnt redraw the subjacent animated panel. one could either modify the wsh panel mod to create a true transparency or theres a component similar to wsh with true transparency.
- Another possibility i looked up was to create a spectrum within wsh - but this doesnt seem to be possible.

the channel spectrum supports the full-transparent mode. Put it upon WSH panel mod.
