Sample that crashes NEncode

While messing around with some of my band's demos, I found this clip... it causes some sort of fault in aacenc32.dll and ntdll.dll, acording to the fb2k console.
I first tried using foo_neromp4, then upon that crash I tried the fb2k CLI encoder... crashed again.  So I tried NEncode from the command line, and got another crash.  It only happens on this song, and only within this first 30 seconds...

It doesn't seem to crash when using Nero's interface, but for some reason NEncode chokes.  Any ideas?

Oh yeah, here's fb2k's console log for the crash, if it means anything:

No crashing here. What version of Nero is that and how is the encoder configured?

It's Nero 6.0.0.19, and the encoder is configured to the Transparency preset.

It might be of some importance to note that I'm running the demo of Nero 6, but I have the AAC plugin registered from Nero 5... I just updated to 6 to get the newest aacenc32.dll

It works fine here with Nencode-CLI. Decode your FLAC-Sample and try this, maybe your wave-file is corrupt.

Tried that... I WavPack'd the original, FTP'd it to my personal PC... then here, I unpacked, tried to encode... It crashed, so I trimmed it to the first 30 seconds, FLACed it, un-FLACed it, and tried again.  Still crashes. =/

Update:
I tried redownloading the NEncode installer provided by DKDIB, and checked all my .dll versions to make sure they match.  They do indeed.  I'm absolutely stumped. =P
