IIR Filter

Hi folks, i have a question. How do u set this filter? There's no manual to b found. With bass boost i can only adjust from 95hz and i wanna get lower than that. Also how can u use the rest of this filter if i already did the boost thing? There r many options but dont know how to implement these. Heard good things about bass exciter but also, dont know how to find any likable settings. Sox resampler another thing i'd like to use but cant find the component thats working. And in this IIR Filter is there a setting that  an take off any high note sharp edges of the sound? Its alot of questions sorry bout that. Can anybody help me out please?
