Letsencrypt-issued certificates w/foobar2000

My icecast2 server is hosted on a HSTS domain with a Letsecnrypt-issued certificate. Foobar2000 1.3.14 reports when I try to add either my playlist or a stream directly:

Code: [Select]
The following error(s) occurred during loading of the location(s):
Security error

If I add the domains to Advanced/Networking/Suppress HTTPS… it works fine. An example URL would be the playlist: https://koumakan.jp/radio.m3u — all major browsers accept these certificates; is there something I'm missing?

No issues here with the given link.
foobar 1.3.14 , win 10

Do you have any "security" software? Anything that could tamper/scan http(s) traffic?

No, I do not, aside from the default Windows Defender, and my Windows 10 installation is currently up to date.

Thank you for checking; this is rather intriguing because I'm not the only one with this issue, or, rather, I learnt that there is an issue from a friend and upon checking it, encountered this issue myself.

No problems here on my updated windows 7 and 8.1 installs. I do get the error when trying a Vista virtual machine that has no updates installed.
