32 channel FLAC?

Hi All,
I've got 300 TB of 32 channel audio files that I would like to compress using FLAC. I'd like to do so without reformatting all of my .dat files to adhere to the 8 channel maximum in FLAC.  Has anyone worked on this issue before?  Any ideas?

Thanks?

Can you use Wavpack?  It supports up to 256 channels and will take raw input.
