Reading ID3v2.4 at end of file

Can foobar read ID3v2.4 tags that are at the end of the file instead of the beginning? I was reading that this is now allowed with v2.4.

It's not currently supported. It might get implemented someday but it's low-priority because no software that I'm aware of supports writing such tags.
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.
