[Request] VBR bitrate logging/graph plugin

I've been analyzing bitrates from some OPUS and HE-AAC targeting 64kb/s for mobile, but just looking at the VBR number on foobar doesn't feel accurate. It is possible to change the rate in the advanced settings, but faster numbers would just make it worse especially when OPUS has 20ms frames. (that would be 50 changes per second, impossible to read!)
Having a log/spreadsheet that can be transformed into a graph in Excel(or better, having a realtime graph inside foobar) would be really useful for all sorts of uses!
