HDD Regenerator help

Hi all hope you can help got the new program hdd renerator and ran it on 40gb hard drive it went through and found alot of bad sectors over 2000 but fixed them then came up with this, SWITCH OFF YOUR COMPUTER THEN SWITCH IT ON TO RESET THE SYSTEM AFTER THE SYSTEM IS RESET START THE PROCESS AGAIN. So i did what it said and  its finding more is this correct or if not can any one help me as first time on this product and got no instruction on it .

Use Victoria HDD with remap function - It will do the same. I personally do check with writing (overwrites content), then with reading (remap).
